🔹 1. Dymatize ISO100 Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Dymatize ISO100 (Vanilla or Birthday Cake)

  • 1 banana

  • 1 egg

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • Optional: blueberries or sugar-free maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly spray with oil.

  3. Pour in the batter and cook 2–3 minutes per side.

  4. Top with berries, sugar-free syrup or Greek yogurt.

Macros (approx. per serve):
300–350 kcal | 30g protein | 30g carbs | 6g fat

🔹 2. Inspired Whey Choc PB Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Inspired Whey (Chocolate or Peanut Butter flavor)

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

  • 1/2 banana, mashed

  • Dash of sea salt

  • Optional: chia seeds or dark choc chips

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a jar or bowl.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Stir and top with extra PB or fruit in the morning.

Macros (approx. per serve):
400 kcal | 35g protein | 35g carbs | 12g fat

🔹 3. Rule 1 Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Rule 1 Isolate (Chocolate Fudge or Cookies & Cream)

  • 1 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1 egg white

  • Dash of vanilla essence

  • Optional: sugar-free choc chips

Instructions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a mug.

  2. Add wet ingredients and stir to a thick batter.

  3. Microwave for 60–75 seconds (watch it rise!).

  4. Let cool for 2 mins and dig in.
