Directions:
You can take 1 scoop or 2 - it's up to you! But we would advise starting on 1 scoop, as this will give you a natural energy boost of 150mg of caffeine.
On a training day, take 1 scoop 15-20 minutes before your workout & get ready to sweat!
On a non-training day, take 1 scoop when you are doing something on your feet - like walking the dog or doing some gardening.
